Der Prozess gegen die Mal Noche Gang droht zu scheitern, als der Angeklagte durch die Aussage eines Zeugen, der eigentlich gegen ihn aussagen sollte, frei kommt.
Die Gang bedroht nun Nahestenende von Horatio, die sich plötzlich in grosser Gefahr befinden.
