Footballspieler Doug McClain wird tot zu Hause aufgefunden. Sein Wunsch war es eingefroren zu werden, deshalb kann Alexx nur eine dürftige Autopsie machen.
Das Team findet mit der Zeit raus, dass Doug eine Affäre hatte und dadurch einen Sohn. Hat seine Geliebte etwas mit seinem Tod zu tun?
