"Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious" is The CW's second installment of the successful "Pussycat Dolls Present" franchise. In the early 1990s choreographer Robin Antin created the Pussycat Dolls as a cabaret act in a Hollywood nightclub. Since then the group has transformed into one of the most successful female pop groups in the world, selling seven million albums and topping the charts with five smash singles. Utilizing her expertise and eye for talent, Antin is doing it again as she launches a brand new girl group called Girlicious, featuring a new look, a new sound and a whole new attitude.

Looking for singers with dance ability and superstar charisma, Antin and Geffen Records Chairman Ron Fair launched a nationwide search for the most talented girls in America. Fifteen finalists were chosen to compete for a spot in the new group and the opportunity to go from obscurity to international stardom. Thousands of girls lined up with the dream of landing one of three coveted spots in the new band Girlicious.

Musician Mark McGrath returns as host. Each week the girls sing, dance, practice choreography with Antin and Pussycat Dolls co-choreographer Mikey Minden, as well as perfect their vocal techniques with vocal coach to the stars Kenn Hicks. Hicks has coached superstars Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige and the Spice Girls. Having experienced this grueling process, members of the Pussycat Dolls, along with other surprise guests, will appear in episodes to inspire the young hopefuls as they strive to impress the judges, which include Geffen Records Chairman Ron Fair, Antin and Grammy-nominated recording artist Lil' Kim.

At the end of the ten-episode series, dreams become reality when the brand new group Girlicious is formed and immediately record an album, film a music video, go on tour and earn a record contract with Geffen Records, home of Nelly Furtado, Mary J. Blige, Keisha Cole and, of course, the Pussycat Dolls.

"Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious" is executive produced by Robin Antin (The Pussycat Dolls), Steven Antin ("Young Americans"), Ron Fair (Geffen Records), Laura Fuest ("Beauty and the Geek"), Jimmy Iovine (Interscope Geffen A&M Records), McG ("Supernatural," "The O.C.") and Ken Mok ("America's Next Top Model"). The series is from Warner Horizon Television, 10 by 10 Entertainment, Pussycat Dolls, LLC, Interscope A&M Records and Wonderland Sound and Vision.

eieiei... weitere danity kayne... oder wie die geschrieben werden... die waren auch nur one-hit-wonder... ham ez zwar n neues album draußen aber ich denk nicht, dass die sonderlich groß raus kommen... zumindest nicht so wie pcd... und girlicious... das lied is nich so der hammer-burner wie don't cha... mal schaun wie sie sich behaupten können... aber von denen gibs so viele, dass ich nich denke, dass DIE es ausgerechnet schaffen werden... schon allein weil in dem vid keine frontfrau erkennbar wird... der clip zeigt einfach den üblichen einheitsbrei biggrin

Naja Danity Kane sind recht erfolgreich mit ihrem zweiten Album.
