Inception
Zur Story ist noch nicht viel bekannt, das Projekt wird aber als "gegenwärtiger
Sci-Fi-Actioner der in der Architektur des menschlichen Verstandes spielen soll"
beschrieben. Mit dabei sind Leonardo DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard, Cillian Murphy,
Ellen Page und Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Das Drehbuch stammt von Christopher
Nolan (The Dark Knight), der auch Regie geführt hat.

There hasn’t been much new on the Inception front recently, but I thought I’d cover some of the recent tidbits we’ve missed.
/Film Shane T informs us that in the February issue of Empire Magazine, there is a very brief mention of Inception in the “On-Set Preview” section, where it states that writer/director Christopher Nolan came up with the idea for the movie when he was only 16 years old. Crazy…
Secondly, Playlist has also reprinted a quote Nolan gave the magazine which further confirms the leaked plot line from last year:
“Basically the film deals with levels of reality, and perceptions of reality which is something I’m very interested in. Its an action film set in a contemporary world, but with a slight science-fiction bent to it. Cobb [Leonardo DiCaprio's character], who is the center of things and expert in a particular technology that the film revolves around, has put this team around him [Ellen Page, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon Levitt]. It’s very much an ensemble film structured somewhat as a heist movie. It’s an action adventure that spans the globe.”
And lastly, star Leonardo Dicaprio was recently interviewed by movies.ie where he was asked about Inception, and answered:
“I can tell you it’s about two hours long, give or take,” DiCaprio smiles. “Anything more than that, and Chris has vowed to have me strung up by my tongue…”

After having enormous success with his Batman sequel The Dark Knight in 2008, filmmaker Christopher Nolan took a bit of a chance with his sci-fi action thriller Inception (Warner Bros.) starring Leonardo DiCaprio with support from Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy and Michael Caine. His first movie based on an original idea since Memento with a premise involving dream thieves which mixed high-paced action with cerebral ideas, there were numerous questions last week whether Nolan's critically-praised film could do well among mainstream audiences, since some thought of it as difficult material. In fact, the originality of the ideas and the overwhelming desire for originality added to the advance buzz to help Inception do better than some expected. After opening on Friday with $21.7 million, Inception held well over the weekend to bring in an estimated $60.4 million in its first weekend, which is in the general range of M. Night Shyamalan's Sings and Warner Bros' earlier 2010 hit The Clash of the Titans. We can probably expect it to continue to do well due to word-of-mouth and repeat viewings to surpass the $200 million mark by sometime in mid-August.

Hab ihn mir heute Abend bei uns in der Preview angesehen. Ich kann nur sagen: Einer der wenigen Filme, die ich dieses Jahr mit hohen Erwartungen angegangen bin & nicht enttäuscht wurde. Die Bilder sind stark, ja stellenweise sogar atemberaubend! Wie schon bei The Dark Knight oder auch bei Prestige schafft es auch die Story von Inception trotz einer hohen Laufzeit von über 2 Stunden nicht an Spannung zu verlieren. Für mich der Sommer - Blockbuster 2010! Bzw. jetzt wird es mal so langsam Zeit, dass ich mir auch die anderen Werke von Nolan wie, z.B. Memento, ansehe. Von denen höre ich vorwiegend auch nur positives. Würde Inception jedenfalls 9 von 10 geben. |

This weekend was down just 36% from last weekend when it dropped just 32% from its opening weekend, showing fantastic legs for the acclaimed sci-fi thriller. While it's still far behind Nolan's previous movie The Dark Knight, it's $40 million ahead of Nolan's Batman Begins, which ended up grossing $205 million total. Inception should pass that amount by Friday and should be well on its way to $260 million plus by summer's end.

Inception - Hype oder wirklich so gut, wie man so hört ?
Ich war heute drin und fand ihn wirklich genial. Das Drehbuch ist fantastisch, die Umsetzung sagenhaft. Der Film ist für mich perfekt. Nach Dark Knight schafft es Nolan wieder mit einem Film zu begeistern. "Bitte, Bitte weiter so Herr Nolan"..

P.S : Dass man so ein Skript überhaupt erfinden kann, ist wirklich beeindruckend. Zwar hat es auch Nolan geschrieben, aber die Autoren müssen eigentlich generell in Hollywood eine viel größere Wertschätzung genießen. |

Also für mich nur nen kurzes und knackiges Statement
Überhaupt nicht meine Art von Film zu Viel wirres Zeug und unlogischen Krams 
Hätte mir vorher mehr vom Film anschauen sollen bzw erlesen sollen xD
Trotzdem für liebhaber von Matrix zB sicher ein Top Film |
