According to Page Six, guests at the event, including Kim Kardashian and Rashida Jones, were asked to wear leather bracelets before saying a special prayer. Once the ode to love, life and health was done, Alba told her friends that they were not allowed to take off the bracelets until the baby was born. Let's hope it looked trendy at least!

"I'm used to having to be somewhere all the time, and it's kind of the first time in my life where I really haven't been working in a while, and now it's just about the baby being healthy, the house being ready, and nesting, it's really different. It's cool – I feel like I'm fully absorbing the whole experience."
She hasn't been too busy to think about wedding plans – "How could you not!" she says – but Alba's keeping mum on the details. Meanwhile, in between nesting, Alba is keeping an eye on her pre-natal diet. "I have to make sure that I'm eating more of the right nutrients and vitamins, but I'm not used to eating this much," she says. "I've had to take time out of the day to eat before I get cranky and rundown and tired. Before I was just like the energizer bunny."

Cash sieht auf dem Foto aus wie Cuba Gooding jr.. Also scheinen die Gerüchte doch zu stimmen, dass das Kinderzimmer rosa und nicht blau aussieht.  |

Bleibt eigentlich nur zu hoffen das das Haus noch vor der Geburt fertig wird. Wenn das
Kind da ist hat sie damit sicher erstmal genug zu tun, vorallem wenn es ein Mädel wird.

bzw. ich würds ja besser finden wenn man garkeine bilder vom baby sieht
aber ob Jess und Cash das baby vor Paparazzis schützen können bezweifle ich leider  |

@Sami,ich glaube das "aussaugen" hängt mehr mit der Stillzeit,als mit der Schwangerschaft zusammen.Schon kleine Jungs kriegt man halt kaum mehr von der Brust weg  |

Dafür erfahre ich aus häufigen quellen, das jungen zwar in den ersten Lebensjahren anstrengender sind als Mädchen, aber was dann in der Pubertät folgt ist dermaßen unterschiedlich. Also Mädels seit mal netter zu euren Eltern  |

No thank God because I would have lost my mind. I was losing my mind as it is trying to learn the violin and play blind and do all these different things. I'm very happy nothing freaky happened.
Did the finished movie make you jump?
Yeah because I didn't see the sound and I wasn't sure how the editor was going to interpret those scary moments. Seeing it all put together was really cool.
You're pregnant how are you feeling?
I'm feeling very well thank you. It has been a really good being pregnant and I think I lucked out.
Are you scared about the thought of becoming a mum?
I'm really excited. I think it's the best thing in the world that could have ever happened. Even though I was surprised when it happened you kind of know. I knew I wanted a baby before I was 31 and it just kind of happened.
When you found out did you have to call the studios and was it difficult?
I did call quite a few projects off before I told them I was pregnant. I didn't announce it, it was leaked in the press so I had to just confirm or deny it so it kind of happened that way. I would never have announced it otherwise because it's private and I tend to keep things in my life private. But when it's out in the open you can't really deny it anymore. For me personally I had to consult my publicist and asked what the least scandalous way of going about it was.
Once you've had the baby will you be looking to get back into work quickly?
This only really happens a few times in your life if you're lucky and sometimes only once. So I'm kind of about savouring this moment and taking it all in so I'm going to take some time to do that.
Is there any pressure to get your figure back really quickly being a Hollywood star?
I don't feel a lot of pressure no because I haven't got a film I'm committed to that I'm shooting right away so it's just going to be when I feel the time is right. My looks have only been a part of my career because people publicise that but its never been my emphasis. I try to take care of myself and live a healthy life but I don't put too much thought into it. It's not that deep for me.
Are you surprised when you find yourself in sexiest women polls?
I'm definitely surprised more than anything and it's flattering but it's not something that I put a lot of thought or energy into.
Do you still get sent a lot of films that require you to be in a bikini?
I never got any films sent to me which require me to be in a bikini. The one movie I did wear a bathing suit was Into The Blue and in the movie originally we were supposed to be in scuba suits and the director ended up shooting body doubles in bikinis in the summer because it was hot. But we didn't know when we were shooting, that it was going to be freezing cold and we would need to be in scuba wear. We had to match with that continuity.
Do you still have a no nudity clause?
Yes I do and I feel it is important to hold on to that for as long as it is important to me.
Is Sin City 2 still on the horizon?
I have no idea but of course I would love to get involved again. (Director and producer) Robert (Rodriguez) is amazing and so is (Director and producer) Frank (Miller).
You have got The Love Guru with Justin Timberlake and Mike Myers. How was it working with them?
I never really worked with Justin but me and Mike worked together all the time, every day. He was amazing and funny. He plays music and dances around and sings in between takes. He is a really, really talented comedian and I learned a lot from him.

Öhh doch schon eher. Guck dir doch mal die ganzen Star Mütter an. Die meisten Frauen wollen doch heute erst Karriere machen und dann Kinder und das geht erst mit Ende 30. (das sind dann übrigens so genannte Risiko-Schwangerschaften) |

Ja, mit anfang 30 ist man da eher noch eine junge Mutter. Schau dir mal Halle Barry oder Marcia Cross usw die mit weit über 40 noch Kinder kriegen. Ist schon sehr seltsam...  |
