Stirb Langsam 4.0 läuft noch immer sehr erfolgreich in den Kinos. Kein Wunder also das es Planungen für einen fünften Teil der Stirb Langsam Reihe gibt. Wie es aber scheint, wird es ihn tatsächlich geben. Die Vorbereitungen laufen bereits auf Hochtouren. Den ersten Gerüchten zufolge, soll Morgan Freeman ("Million Dollar Baby") im 5. Teil die Rolle des Bösewichtes übernehmen. Offiziell bestätigt wurde es aber noch nicht. Ausserdem möchte sich Bruce Willis im nächsten Teil mit seiner Film Ex-Frau versöhnen. Das würde bedeuten, das Bonnie Bedelina aus den ersten beiden Teilen wieder mit dabei wäre.

Na sieh mal einer an. Da lassen sich die Stirb Langsam Macher wirklich nicht lumpen. Erst lassen sie sich über ein Jahrzehnt Zeit mit einer Fortsetzung und nun geht's wirklich Schlag auf Schlag. Und da ich wohl ein ewiger Pessimist, naja eigentlich nicht, aber egal , bin, würde ich sagen, dass das erstmal keine so gute Idee ist. Natürlich lasse ich mich gerne eines Besseren belehren. Gibt's schon Anzeichen dafür wie lange der fünfte Teil dann auf sich warten lassen wird? Bruce ist ja auch nicht mehr der Jüngste.  |

Da mir der vierte Teil wirklich sehr gefallen hat, würde ich auch einen neuen, fünften Teil durchaus befürworten. Neben der knackigen Action, würde mich auch interessieren, wie's mit McClanes amüsanten Familienzwistigkeiten weitergeht. |

Na ich weiß nicht recht ... der vierte Teil war ein starkes Comeback, aber muss man den heutzutage wirklich aus jeden "Klassiker" eine Fließbandproduktion machen? Dadurch geht für mich ein großer Teil vom Reiz verloren  |

Na immerhin, der Bruce hat gezeigt das es für die Rolle längst noch nicht zu alt ist, zumal es solche brachialen Actionfilme heutzutage gar nicht mehr gibt (leider) ... mal schauen, was die Zeit bringt. |

Also ich finds gut, dass es noch einen fünften Teil geben soll, da mir der vierte sehr gut gefallen hat.
Außerdem ist es doch klar, dass Bruce Willis noch ma richtig reinhaut, immerhin werden alle damals erfolgreichen Filmereihen jetzt fortgesetzt.
Dazu zählen :
Rocky
Rambo
Indiana Jones
Beverly Hills Cop
Und Harrison Ford ist immerhin schon 65 und Sylvester Stallone 61.
Also da ist Bruce Willis noch gut dabei, denn ich kann mir genau so wenig einen 61 Jahre alten Rambo, wie einen 60 Jahren alten John McClane vorstellen.
Deshalb finde ich es ganz gut, dass er es jetzt noch macht |

Willis told them, "I think we're going to do a 'Die Hard 5' next year."

The script Willis is talking about is the one written by Skip Woods (Wolverine, Hitman, Swordfish), who promised to take the franchise to a more global scale.

It seems that Bruce Willis' John McClane might square off with yet another villainous sibling of Hans Gruber in Die Hard 5. Alan Rickman portrayed Hans Gruber in the original Die Hard and Jeremy Irons played Hans' brother, Simon, in Die Hard With a Vengeance.
It isn't known if this will be another brother of Hans, or if Hans' sister will appear as the Die Hard 5 villain. It's also possible that a son or daughter of Hans Gruber could be the main bad guy.
Bruce Willis recently revealed that a script for Die Hard 5 is finished and that the sequel will likely shoot sometime in 2011. We reported in October that Bruce Willis wants to come back for Die Hard 5 and Die Hard 6, after which he will retire the character.
It still isn't known when production will start on Die Hard 5.
Die Hard 5 is in development and stars Bruce Willis.

Deadline reported earlier this evening that Bruce Willis' fifth outing as Detective John McClane in Die Hard 5 has scored itself a director in Noam Murro, who is best known outside of the ad agencies for his debut feature Smart People. There have been rumors circulating over the last few months about 20th Century Fox wanting another installment with Skip Woods working on a script, which has been confirmed by the new addition.
Although Murro has only directed one film, he has been nominated five times by the GA for his commercials work.
Bruce Willis has yet to have signed a deal for a fifth movie but he's shown a lot of enthusiasm for returning to his best-loved franchise.
The previous installment Live Free or Die Hard was released in the summer of 2007 and it grossed $383.5 million worldwide. No word yet on who else if anyone might return from that movie.

One of the candidates rumored earlier this month, Max Payne director John Moore has taken the job as director of the as-of-yet-untitled fifth Die Hard film, Deadline reports.

Bruce Willis is certain to return to his iconic role with no word yet on the casting of his son. Courtney, studied drama at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where he graduated in 2008. Following graduation Courtney quickly landed guest star roles on two hit Australian shows, "Packed To the Rafters" followed by "All Saints." Later that year, Courtney won a Theatre Critics Award as Best Newcomer for his performance in "The Turning" for the Perth Theatre Company. In 2009 he landed the role of Varro in the international television hit, "Spartacus: Blood and Sand." Last year, Courtney landed a starring role opposite Tom Cruise in One Shot, directed by Christopher McQuarrie.

Two more actors have signed on for the upcoming fifth Die Hard installment, A Good Day to Die Hard. Variety reports that Sebastian Koch and Yulia Snigir have signed on for villainous roles, playing characters named Komorov and Irina, respectively.
