also leute wär einer so freundlich mir das ganz enochmal zusammen zufassen wieso und weshalb jmazone geschlossen wurde..ich muss nämlich sagen das cih ziemlich faul bin mir die ganzen beiträge durchzulesen...ich hoffe einer wär so nett  |

jma, jetzt hab ich's kapiert, das war ein Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl.

i do not know if it already has been said, but why exactly?
why the letters? OK, copyright violation. What was 'copyright violated'?
and you said you did remove the copyrighted materials, so why the letter which lead to closing of JMAzone? Why pay? Pay for what? I mean... you get the point... it isn't entirely clear, your statement.
I'm sorry if this is inappropriate, if you don't want to answer, then you don't need to. But i gotta say... i am damn curious... |

OK, I try to make it very simple:
- they wanted indemnity
- if I don't pay they wanted to sue me
- if they had sued me the costs for me would be higher than the indemnity
- my lawyer and I debated with them, the result was a reduced indemnity

Ok maestro, hab mich jetzt extra registriert, um dich folgendes zu fragen: Hast du eine e-mail adresse? Würde dir nämlich gerne einige Fragen stellen und Argumente geben, die es (dir) ermöglichen, all das zu umgehen... So dumm es auch klingen mag, Jessica Alba herself muss herangezogen werden, zumindest ihr Management. Nun, ich kenne nicht die Einzelheiten, aber es gibt einen Weg!! Hoffe du lässt bald mal was hören von dir, würd dir gerne alles erzählen, bloß nicht auf einer öffentlichen Page...

Heute jährt sich die Schließung von JMAZone.de zum ersten Mal. Ich möchte
die Gelegenheit nutzen und mich für die bisherige Unterstützung recht herzlich
bedanken. Wie ihr sehen könnt haben wir zusammen schon einiges erreicht,
auch wenn noch ein langer Weg zu gehen ist. Deshalb würde ich mich auch
über zukünftige Spenden sehr freuen.
Today one year has passed since the closing of JMAZone.de. I wanna take
this opportunity to say thank you for your previous support. As you can see we
have already achieved a lot but there is still a long way to go. So I would be very
